As a multi disciplinaray artist I work with both physical and digital mediums, from Photoshop to InDesign, print making and illustration, to painting 3D modelling and photography. I have produced large scale illustrative works for various exhibitions, and also curated social and creative events with Sun Fried Tribe in art spaces around Nottingham. As an artist I am enchanted by the idea of sub concious art, working through automatism and expressive mark making to inform my making. Im inspired by French illustrator Jean Jiraud Moebius and Korean artist Kim Jung Gi in terms of their methodologies towards this kind of making. Other influences include Ed Ruscha, Ewen Spencer, Nam Jun Paik, Yui Sakamoto, Grayson Perry and David Altmejd.
